GPS ID Sniper Rifle

This friendly bit of kit is the ID-Sniper and according to the manufacturers it's used to 'implant a GPS-microchip in the body of a human being, using a high powered sniper rifle as the long distance injector. The microchip will enter the body and stay there, causing no internal damage, and only a very small amount of physical pain to the target. It will feel like a mosquito-bite lasting a fraction of a second.' Now I'm no physics genius but something that has an effective range of 1100 meters is gonna do one of two things. 1. Hiroshima : The Secret Pictures

It's always hard to be dispassionate about things such as the Hiroshima bomb but when you think about the vast numbers of people who died (250,000 approx)in both* the Nuclear attacks it's pretty difficult. if you have ever watched 'The Fog Of War' then even Robert 'Mac The Knife' McNamara shows genuine regret for his part in the bombings.
